Ana Hupe (RJ) e Johanna Steindorf (Berlim)

Collaborative work with the artist Johanna Steindorf. Over a period of 14 months, two disposable cameras travelled back and forth from Berlin to Rio de Janeiro. Friends and family took them on their trips and delivered them to one of us. The camera worked as a black box: each one of us took a few pictures and then sent the camera back on its way.

The resulting photographs were organized in pairs, combining images that the two of us had taken in the corresponding city.
