Embroidery based on drawings by German ethnographers (1) Karl von den Steinen, (2) Paul Ehrenreich, (3) Max Schmidt, (4) Theodor Koch-Grünberg, and (5) Fritz Krause, created by indigenous peoples who welcomed them into their territories: (1) Bororo, (2 and 3) Bakairi, (4) Kobéua, and (5) Karajá respectively. The drawings were published in the Thesis by anthropologist Erik Petcheliers, Ascensão e Declínio da Etnologia Alemã (1884-1950).
